A series of conversations exploring the wisdom within that invites curiosity and an openness to life

This program runs over 5 sessions.

These conversations can be held within family groups, classroom settings, interest groups of all ages, or with individuals.

Depending on the interest level we can converse lightly or take a deeper dive. We aim for these conversations to be curious and fun.

There is plenty of scope to tailor exploring each of these topics so they are relevant to specific interests of the participants and age appropriate.

Session one - Life and me

Exploring the larger context of what it is to be human.

Session two - About me ā€œiā€

Exploring the identity traits we have accumulated through our lives to date.

Session three - Where am I?

Exploring perspective, by being able to stand back from our identity and notice our responses.

Session four - Why do I?

Understand habits, our own and others.

Session five - Being me

Integrating the previous conversations so you leave the sessions with a more grounded awareness of the game of life along with the confidence and curiosity to turn up and play.

We look forward to discussing with you how we can work with your family group, school setting or youth group.

We keep the costings low to ensure this is accessible and do not want the cost to be a barrier to exploring Being You.

As a rule of thumb to facilitate these conversations we charge $50 per person for the 5 one hour sessions.
